My beginners yoga course is designed to improve the mental and physical health and well-being for all students.
The beginners yoga course aims to ease you gently and safely into a regular yoga practice. I introduce a variety of yoga styles and practices including modifications to suit different bodies and abilities. Although most of the course focuses on physical (asana) practice, there is also a strong emphasis on breathing (pranayama) and relaxation too.
The course is taught in a small group so that I can give people individual attention and the class size is not overwhelming.

£61.25 for a 7 week course (or £52.50 for those on low incomes)

1 scholarship space is available per intake for those in extreme hardship
